One of these options is eggs. Eggs are one of the healthiest breakfast options you can have. It is low in calories and rich in protein. Protein provides satiety and makes you less hungry. It contains some nutrients that are vital for brain health.

 You can enjoy the eggs in multiple ways, scrambled, boiled, or sunny-side eggs. You can have eggs and toast, to make toast even healthier. You can choose whole grain toast that contains alot of fibers. Fiber wil make you feel fuller for a longer time. 

Greek yogurt 

Greek yogurt is also a great option to have. It is easy and convenient to eat when you are in a hurry. You can also add some fruits on top of it. This will increase your fiber and vitamin content. It is low in calories under 200 calories and rich in calcium, vitamin B12, zinc, potassium, and phosphorous.

Calcium is a mineral that is essential for bone health. It is crucial to contain calcium sources in your diet to prevent bone loss and the development of osteoporosis, thus reducing the bone density and the risk of fractures increase. 

Oatmeal 

Oatmeal is also a healthy option for breakfast it is rich in fiber that promotes satiety. The fiber makes you feel less hungry with calories less than 200 calories. It contains B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, and selenium. Oatmeal also contains protein.

You can choose the type of milk you prefer. It can be milk cow or almond milk you can also make the oatmeal with coconut milk. Each type of milk includes different types of nutrients and protein content. 

Chia pudding
