Oven rice:

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1/2 can of corn
  • 1/2 can of peas
  • Ham (amount varies depending on the size of the refractory)
  • Cheese (amount varies depending on the size of the refractory)
  • 1 refractory (oven-safe container)

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix rice, corn, peas and ham.
  2. In the refractory place a layer of the mixture (rice, corn, peas and ham).
  3. Cover with a layer of cheese
  4. Place another layer of the mixture.
  5. Finish by adding another layer of mozzarella.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes (time varies by oven).
  7. See if the mozzarella is melted.
  8. Remove from oven and serve.


Bruschetta may seem like a very elaborate affair, but it’s easier than you might think. If you have leftover bread and you have some tomatoes in the fridge, the dish is practically ready! 

Just put the toast in the oven with a little oil and then add the chopped tomatoes on top of the slice.

Tomato Bruschetta 

  • 1 small baguette
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 sprigs of basil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium temperature).
  2. Cut the baguette into 1 cm slices. Arrange the slices on a large baking sheet, one next to the other, and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until crisp and lightly golden.
  3. Wash, dry and cut the tomatoes in half. Discard the seeds and cut each half into 0.5 cm cubes. 
  4. Transfer the tomatoes to a bowl, add the basil leaves and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix gently. Peel the garlic clove.
  5. To assemble the bruschetta: rub the garlic clove over each toast and place a portion of the seasoned tomato. Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.

Instant noodle

You are very wrong if you think that the only possible noodle seasoning is the one that comes in the package. 

An option for those who only have instant noodles in the cupboard is to cook them and then use cottage cheese and various other foods available to spice up the dish.

Method of preparation:

  1. Put the water to a boil.
  2. Put the noodles in the boiling water, wait 3 minutes, drain and set aside.
  3. Chop the bacon and fry in a little oil until crispy.
  4. Add a tablespoon of ketchup to caramelize.
  5. Chop the tomatoes and black olives and add them to the sauce.
  6. Put the basil.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Let the sauce cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
  9. Carefully mix in the noodles.
  10. Garnish with rosemary and serve.

Pasta with Vienna sausage

Simpler than sausage noodles doesn’t exist, does it? So, if you only have these ingredients in the fridge, you can make delicious pasta without having to worry about not enjoying the taste.


  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 spoon of oil
  • 1 tomato
  • Tomato Sauce
  • 100 ml of water
  • 5 sausages
  • 300 g of macaroni

Method of preparation:

  1. After cooking the pasta with water and salt, drain, wash and set aside.
  2. In the pan add the chopped onion, the oil, and the pasta sauce, and let it brown.
  3. Then put the chopped tomato, and the tomato sauce, stir a little and then add the sausage.
  4. Put the water and cover the pan, let it act.
  5. Once it boils, remove some of the broth and reserve it in a glass.
  6. Add the noodles to the pan, stir, and gradually add the broth, until juicy!
